This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It is of solid build and can therefore massage deep into your knotted muscles. I mostly use it on my neck and upper back when I feel a tension headache coming and find it really helps lower the severity of the pain. The heat function is much better than I imagined, but you can turn it off should you wish. I particularly like that the massage heads are slightly different sizes so you get a varied massage. In my opinion it has paid for itself in the short time I've had it.
